Taking into account the fact that new clauses of Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia on criminal liability of legal bodies have been entered into force, we consider it contemporary to refer to this institution, to some of it’s upcoming usage problems, to show some ways of overcoming that problems and prevent possible defects.
An object of the work is to demonstrate in detail the essence of the legal bodies liability institution, reasons of its investing, some opinions of prominent people on it, international experience and some defects of the Armenian version.
