In addition, because of the separation of design and construction process, the occurring of construction changes the cross construction of participating units, there is a lot of information transmission and coordination issues, which resulting in inefficient construction management. Application of BIM technology to the three-dimensional model as the carrier, the implementation of the whole life cycle of construction, which achieve a viable solution to design and construction process for multi-coordination, conflict detection, progress optimization, security management, but the integrated pipeline BIM design model can not meet the construction accuracy requirements, and the amount of information is low.
