Considering the active voltage control characteristics, voltage fluctuation index is proposed. 摘要

网络电力系统(CPS)中的网络系统用于主动控制电力系统的运行边界。一旦网络系统出现故障,就会导致潮流违规。因此,有必要对网络故障下的电压质量进行评估。本文提出了一个研究网络系统对电力系统正常运行影响的场景。考虑电压主动控制的特点,提出了电压波动指标。在此基础上,采用时序蒙特卡罗模拟法计算了网络故障下的电压指标。最后,建立了测试系统对该方法进行验证,为CPS提供了技术支持。

Voltage Quality Evaluation of Cyber Power System under Software Failure
