摘要

本研究的目的是通过北巴里托摄政院的员工绩效来分析动机和工作满意度的影响。这些变量的数据是通过问卷调查的方式收集的。样本采用简单随机抽样的方法选取,共30个样本。采用SPSS for Windows 19.0的多元回归分析对假设进行检验。结果表明:1)动机与工作满意度通过员工绩效产生显著且同步的影响;2)通过员工绩效激励对dppr北巴里托县员工的影响不显著;工作满意度通过北巴里托县员工绩效产生显著影响;3)通过员工绩效影响最大的显性变量是工作满意度。
