The introduction of LiDAR technology enables accurate production of Digital Terrain Model (DTM) and Digital Surface Model (DSM) of an area. These datasets can be the input into a digital photogrammetry system to enable automatic generation of digital orthophotos. This paper aims to assess the quality of the digital orthophotos generated from both LiDAR DTM and DSM.
