The processes of field evaporation at temperatures are higher room have complicated character owing to complicated character of change of the form of the emitter during evaporation and change of the composition of a surface of the emitter. Field evaporation at various temperatures allows to create the emitters of various ions, both atomic, and molecular or even cluster.
