摘要

本文研究了热源以一定速度沿直线经过0818X10HT钢板表面时的温度应力。在prandtle - reuss模型的基础上,用Duhamel-Neumann定律代替胡克定律,建立了数学模型。采用Von Mises条件作为塑性流动条件,蠕变极限与温度呈抛物线关系。根据热源速度考虑了残余应力场。使用残余应力分析仪RIGAKU MSF-3M,将计算结果获得的残余应力值与从板上获得的实验应力进行比较。
