The method used is qualitative and quantitative using a simple random sample, and the selected population is an employee of one of the e-Logistics Business Services in Bandung. The sample of 72 employees was obtained through observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires that have gone through the process of testing and testing the validity, reliability of the instrument. The data from filling out the questionnaire was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the IBM SPSS 2 Software program. The results of this study indicate that locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨自我控制变量、组织承诺、网络闲逛行为对员工绩效的影响。使用的方法是定性和定量使用一个简单的随机样本,和选定的人口是一个员工的电子物流业务服务在万隆。本研究通过观察、访谈和发放问卷的方法获得了72名员工的样本,这些问卷都经过了测试,并对工具的效度、信度进行了测试。然后在IBM SPSS 2软件程序的帮助下,使用多元线性回归分析技术对填写问卷的数据进行分析。本研究结果表明,控制点对员工绩效有正向显著影响,组织承诺对员工绩效有正向显著影响。网络闲逛行为对员工绩效有正向显著的影响,在本研究中,员工绩效是万隆电子物流商务服务公司员工的绩效,因此可以说,本研究的假设得到了证明。
