This study was guided by a quantitative method with a correlational design and logistic regression data analysis. The sample used was a convenience sample, with 239 Adventist University of Indonesia alumni filling out the questionnaire. Partially, no significant effect was found between financial literacy and managerial position, but the mediating variable \"managerial position\" can increase financial literacy. 摘要

在工业4.0时代,每个人都需要良好的数字意识,数字角色被附加到每一项金融活动中。因此,本研究的目的是检验金融素养对数字意识的影响。部分研究财务素养对管理岗位的影响,通过管理岗位考察财务素养对数字意识的影响。本研究以定量方法为指导,采用相关设计和logistic回归数据分析。使用的样本是方便样本,共有239名印尼基督复临大学校友填写了问卷。部分财务素养与管理职位之间无显著影响,但中介变量“管理职位”可以提高财务素养。管理者在提高财务知识和为员工提供最佳的数字意识方面发挥着重要作用。
