摘要

.本研究旨在探讨帕洛波市Atmedika医院工作满意度和工作纪律对服务绩效的影响。研究方法采用定量方法,采用SPSS 21软件辅助,本次研究的调查对象为68人。抽样方法为概率抽样,主要数据类型为问卷形式。结果显示,工作满意度和工作纪律对帕洛波市Atmedika医院的服务绩效有显著影响。因此,提高服务绩效可以通过提高员工的工作满意度和提高工作纪律来实现。
