This study aimed to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work discipline on service performance at Atmedika Hospital in Palopo City. The research approach was a quantitative method with Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 21 software assistants and the number of respondents in this study was 68 people. The sampling technique was probability sampling with primary data types in the form of questionnairesr. The results showed that job satisfaction and work discipline had a significant influence on service performance at Atmedika Hospital in Palopo City.
