Clinical and radiographic parameters were recorded at baseline, 6 and 12 months postoperatively.  Results: Both treatment groups showed a significant probing pocket depth (PPD) reduction, clinical attachment gain, increase bone density 12‑months after surgery compared with baseline. However, there was a highly significant PPD reduction and clinical attachment gain when PRF was added to NcHA. 摘要

目的:探讨富血小板纤维蛋白联合纳米羟基磷灰石骨移植对下颌ⅱ级分叉受损伤的影响。对象与方法:下颌骨II级分叉缺损患者30例,垂直探探深度(VPD)≥5mm,水平临床附着水平(HCAL)≥3mm。一期治疗后分为两组,组1接受NcHA骨移植,组2接受NcHA+PRF治疗。在基线、术后6个月和12个月记录临床和影像学参数。结果:与基线相比,两组术后12个月的探查袋深度(PPD)明显降低,临床附着增加,骨密度增加。然而,当PRF添加到NcHA中时,PPD减少和临床依恋增加非常显著。结论:NcHA骨移植联合PRF比NcHA单独移植具有更大的临床优势。
