Gwalior campus. \nMethods: 20 men Basketball players of LNIPE shall be randomly selected as subjects for the study. The age of the subject was 20-30 years. The data were examined by applying by paired t-test. The level of significance chosen was 0.05. \nResults: The effect between selected asanas’ back and hand strength was significant at 0.05.
