摘要

针对装配车间快速响应和提高生产效率的要求,提出了一种基于数字孪生体的装配车间三维可视化全局监控方法。分析了装配车间监控的目标、对象和方法,构建了基于数字孪生的装配车间全局监控框架。然后,介绍了实现车间全局监控的三个关键技术:实时数据感知与采集、实时信息驱动的数字孪生生成、基于数字孪生的状态监测与优化。最后,设计并开发了一个全局监测原型系统,验证了所提方法的有效性。
