It has a main control computer and three assistant microcomputers as control and processing cores. Data acquisition equipments are composed of electrical power quality analyzer, air pressure sensors, temperature and humidity sensors and atmospheric pressure sensor, and data transmission relies on 485 communication and Zigbee wireless modules to solve the inconvenience of wired data transmission caused by long distance between power distribution cabinet and fan unit. Moreover, working statuses of fan unit and motor are respectively shown on two operation interfaces of upper computer, achieving dual purpose. The practical application in industrial enterprise has demonstrated its accuracy, stability and reliability.
