However, in Indonesia, the development of issues regarding patient safety at the Puskesmas level is not as dynamic as at the hospital level. This study aims to dig deeper and synthesize the scientific literature on patient safety and its relation to accreditation in health centers. This review uses 2 databases namely Google Scholar and Garuda. 摘要

Puskesmas作为一级保健设施,必须最大限度地提高保健服务的质量,以提高认证地位,并增加公众对开展保健服务的信任。改善Puskesmas保健服务质量的重要指标之一是患者安全。然而,在印度尼西亚,Puskesmas一级的患者安全问题的发展不如医院一级的动态发展。本研究旨在深入挖掘和综合有关医疗中心患者安全及其与认证关系的科学文献。本综述使用了谷歌Scholar和Garuda两个数据库。关键词是“Puskesmas的患者安全”、“服务质量”、“认证”。总而言之,仍有许多卫生工作者不太遵守规定,对患者安全缺乏高度承诺,并非所有官员都参加与患者安全有关的培训,设施和基础设施支持不足,缺乏资金,政策没有得到很好的执行和实现。关键词:Puskesmas患者安全,服务质量,认证。
