With the pursuing of residents for a high quality life, the improvement of the black-odor phenomenon of rivers becomes a serious problem. Currently, although there are various types of treatment technologies for urban black-odor rivers, we are still lack of an orderly and comprehensive technology inquiry service platform. In this paper, we developed a generic technology services platform for urban black-odor river treatment. The main functions of the platform are as follows: generic technology inquiry, demonstration and services, performance evaluation and data update.
