This study aims to determine the performance of teachers in State Vocational Schools. This research is a form of quantitative research to empirically examine the relationship between variables; emotional intelligence (X1), work motivation (X2), and organizational culture (X3) with teacher performance (X4). A quantitative research design was used to collect data. The population in this study is public elementary school teachers in the Cipondoh sub-district, Tangerang City. The population of this study amounted to 332. 教师是决定学校能否成功实现其愿景、使命和目标的最重要因素之一。本研究旨在确定公立职业学校教师的绩效。本研究是一种实证检验变量间关系的定量研究形式;情商(X1)、工作动机(X2)、组织文化(X3)与教师绩效(X4)之间存在显著的正向关系。采用定量研究设计收集数据。本研究以坦格朗市Cipondoh街道公立小学教师为研究对象。这项研究的总人数为332人。本研究结果表明:1)东雅加达市Pasar Rebo区SMKN教师情绪智力与绩效显著相关,2)东雅加达市Pasar Rebo区SMKN教师工作动机与绩效显著相关,3)组织文化与绩效显著相关。4)东雅加达Pasar Rebo区SMKN教师情绪智力、工作动机与组织文化之间存在显著相关。
