As the object and subject of modern apprenticeship personnel training, students play an important role in it. This paper takes the modern apprenticeship students of Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic as the research object, and explores the ways of talent cultivation. This paper provides scientific basis and reference for the practical research of modern apprenticeship personnel training.Through questionnaires and interviews, this paper makes research and analysis on schools, enterprises and students. The results show that students lack identity, sense of belonging and motivation to learn. 摘要

现代学徒型人才的培养是高职院校提高学生就业率和职业能力的重要途径。学生作为现代学徒制人才培养的主体和对象,在学徒制人才培养中起着重要的作用。本文以广州番禺职业技术学院现代学徒生为研究对象,探讨了人才培养的途径。本文为现代学徒人才培养的实践研究提供了科学依据和参考。本文通过问卷调查和访谈,对学校、企业和学生进行研究和分析。结果显示,学生缺乏认同感、归属感和学习动机。最后提出学校和企业定期开展培训,企业和教师加强对学生的关注和沟通,学校实施差异化课程教学的人才培养方式。
