摘要

本文提出了一种基于四元数小波变换(QWT)的帧率上转换(FRUC)方法,以降低计算复杂度,提高峰值信噪比(PSNR)性能。该方法利用运动补偿帧插值技术(MCFI)提高视频序列的帧率。本文考虑了利用图像序列的相位进行运动估计,从而获得了显著的PSNR值。我们利用我们提出的方法来提高b模式超声心动图图像序列的时间分辨率,以应对b模式序列的低帧率。仿真结果证明了该方法在基准图像序列上的有效性。
