通过产业技术创新能力评价指标体系，可以对产业技术创新能力进行评价。运用指标体系对我国IT产业的技术创新能力进行评价，可以看出我国IT产业技术创新能力的现状。在此基础上，提出相应的对策，帮助和增强技术创新能力，保持我国IT产业的快速发展
