A large number of simulation results show that: when the cement slurry is transmitted in the pipeline over a long distance, the pump pressure value input increases gradually from small to large, so does the pressure value in the hole, and the corresponding absolute deviation shows an increasing trend. 摘要

注浆泵是交通、地铁和隧道桥梁领域中重要的基础动力源,在注浆过程中,注浆监测系统能够监测到泵的地表出口压力,不考虑水泥浆在管道中输送的压力损失,必然会导致孔内注浆压力值小于孔内泵的压力值,从而无法达到预期的注浆效果。针对上述情况,在ANSYS有限元软件的Fluent模块中建立了水泥浆在管道中输送的仿真模型,采用控制变量法分析了在料浆比和料浆速度不变的情况下,不同泵压力对水泥浆在管道中输送摩擦损失压力的影响。大量仿真结果表明:水泥浆在管道中长距离输送时,泵的压力值输入由小到大逐渐增大,孔内压力值也逐渐增大,其绝对偏差呈增大趋势。此外,输入泵压力值逐渐增大,相应的相对偏差值仍然较大,说明孔内压力损失较大,必须进行压力补偿,才能达到预期的注浆效果。
