摘要

本文对振动传感器的机械灵敏度进行了研究;首先以相对运动模量为函数,其次以测量误差为函数,建立了机械灵敏度数学模型。所建立的模型可以通过提高振动传感器的性能(阻尼率和频率比的最佳选择)来提高机械灵敏度。正确选择阻尼率和允许的频率范围可以保持机械灵敏度恒定。通过计算机仿真和实验验证了该模型的有效性。
