Within the scope of the research, data were collected with questionnaires to determine the general cynicism, organizational cynicism, and burnout levels of the administrative staff in foundation higher education institutions. Mediator analysis was performed to test the research model. As a result of the analysis of the data, it was concluded that the employees' general cynicism and organizational cynicism increased burnout, and organizational cynicism had an important role in the effect of cynicism on burnout. According to the findings, it is seen that the general cynicism perceptions of the employees increase burnout, but some of this effect is realized through organizational cynicism. It is suggested that the burnout levels of the employees are not high. 摘要
