The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of psychoeducation interventions on the quality of life of patients with depression . Design: A quasi-experimental research design was used. Subjects and method : the studied sample include 70 patients with depression. Tools : Included structured interview questionnaire, Beck depression inventory scale, Quality of Life Scale, and Impairment function scale. Results : There was a highly statistically significant difference in the quality of life and function impairment Pre, Post, and Follow up program regarding the studied group, and there was no statistically significant difference regarding the control group in pre and follow-up for the quality of life and function impairment. Conclusion: The psychoeducation program was effective to improve the psychosocial functioning and quality of life of depressed patients. 摘要

背景:心理教育是双相情感障碍最重要的非药物治疗方法之一。本研究旨在探讨心理教育干预对抑郁症患者生活质量的影响。设计:采用准实验研究设计。对象与方法:研究对象为70例抑郁症患者。工具:包括结构化访谈问卷、贝克抑郁量表、生活质量量表、功能障碍量表。结果:实验组患者生活质量和功能障碍术前、术后、随访差异有高度统计学意义,对照组患者生活质量和功能障碍术前、随访差异无统计学意义。结论:心理教育能有效改善抑郁症患者的心理社会功能和生活质量。推荐:精神科护士应对患者进行简短的心理教育,以提高患者的生活质量。
