摘要

本文综述了近年来我组生物电子鼻和生物电子舌技术在体内、体外的研究进展。生物电子鼻和生物电子舌是一种将电子传感器与生物嗅觉、味觉器官和模式识别等技术相结合的仿生传感器系统或智能仪器。在本研究工作中,我们提出了在设备表面培养活的嗅、味觉组织细胞和细胞网络以及在嗅球内植入电极的一些新思路,并给出了在食品中嗅、味检测领域的一些实际应用。
