It is common that the number of different options is great, and that their advantages and disadvantages are unclear and not obvious. And usually, as the goal is to solve the problem as quickly and cost-effectively as possible, many participants with different areas of expertise get involved in the process. These characteristics frame the problem solving process and storytelling and the generation of stories.
