By adopting the common Lyapunov function design methods, constructing an implementable reduced-order observer and selecting a Lyapunov-Krasoviskii functional, an output feedback controller independent of switching signals is designed to ensure that the closed-loop system is globally asymptotically stable in probability and the output can be regulated to the origin almost surely.
