El Trabajo Social en las Intervenciones Asistidas con Animales [Social Work in Animal Assisted Interventions]

This qualitative documentary research aims to justify the professional presence of the social worker in the methodology related to Animal Assisted Interventions. Therefore, the publications referring to this type of intervention are reviewed and analyzed in a critical and objective manner, and the characteristics that underlie the process are described, relating and applying the functions and roles of the social worker to Animal Assisted Interventions.
