The proposed two-level charging strategy is mainly based on sub-control centers at charging station level and main control centers at municipal level. The PEVs charging load guiding curves can be obtained at the main control centers by solving load-shifting optimization problem, which is allocated to sub-control centers to follow. In this way, control centers can achieve load-shifting and reduce charging cost according to actual situation. 摘要

插电式电动汽车(PEV)负荷的增加给电力系统带来了巨大的冲击,威胁着配电网的安全可靠运行。因此,电网调度系统迫切需要一种协调的电动汽车充电方案,使各级电动汽车顺利入网,减小负荷高峰与低谷之差。本文提出的两级充电策略以充电站级分控中心和市一级主控中心为主。通过求解负荷转移优化问题,在主控制中心得到电动汽车充电负荷引导曲线,分配给各子控制中心遵循。通过这种方式,控制中心可以根据实际情况实现负荷转移,降低充电成本。仿真验证了所提出的分层控制框架的有效性。
