Therefore, how to ensure the structural safety of existing structures during the excavation of new tunnels is a difficulty in construction. This paper takes the Kelewan loess tunnel of the Mianxi Expressway as the research background, and uses numerical simulation methods to study the surface deformation control of the shallow-buried loess tunnel underneath the oil pipeline; Comparative analysis shows that the reasonable length of the leading small conduit is 4.5m; in order to reduce the impact of tunnel construction on the existing oil pipeline, vertical grouting pre-reinforcement is carried out on the ground around the oil pipeline. When different grouting widths and depths are used, The maximum settlement value of the petroleum pipeline is compared and analyzed. It is recommended that the grouting width is 3.05m and the grouting depth is 4.5m.
