摘要

本文用电热平均模型对升压变换器进行了分析。给出了专用于SPICE的二极管-晶体管开关和电感的电热平均模型的形式。以含铁氧体磁芯电感的升压变换器为例,说明了所建模型对升压变换器特性计算的有效性。将所得的电热平均模型的计算结果与所选文献模型的测量和计算结果进行了比较。

Application of the electrothermal average inductor model for analyses of boost converters
This paper describes the boost converter analyses using electrothermal average models.
