The improved algorithm uses a good-point set combined with opposition-based learning to initialize the particle swarm. Three parameters are also designed to balance the influence of inertial weight, personal experience, and social experience. Furthermore, to prevent falling into local optimal solution, twenty percent of particles with the worst fitness are disturbed based on the logistic chaotic equation in each iteration. At the same time, the algorithm uniformly quantizes the amplitude and phase of the element to satisfy the hardware requirements.
