摘要

图书馆购买的电子资源大多只允许拥有校内IP地址的授权用户访问。部分校外用户通过拨号等方式上网，没有固定IP地址，无法访问图书馆资源。本文提出了在校园网的基础上，利用VPN技术构建一个安全可靠的虚拟专用网，供图书馆管理系统专用。
