摘要

随着国内电力市场化改革的步伐加快,电力交易中心需要针对不同的市场主体提供多样化、个性化的增值服务,以提高服务质量和服务水平。本文首先对国内外电力交易机构开展增值业务的现状进行了调查,总结了国内电力交易中心开展增值业务可借鉴的经验。其次,在分析多个市场主体增值业务需求的基础上,提出了电力交换中心开展增值业务的模式,并对典型实施场景进行了分析。最后,在前人研究成果的基础上,提出了电力交换中心开展增值业务的具体实施建议。
