AI has played a key role in the education industry from a long time, but the role of AI was multiplied in education industry during COVID-19. The objective of this paper is to examine the portrayal of AI in E-learning during COVID-19 and apart from discovering the role of AI during this pandemic. The study has also investigated the future of AI in E-learning in post COVID-19. The outcome of the study is banked on primary data collected as data from the exploratory focus group from the NCR region, an important part of India, through the structured questionnaire. The sample size of the study is 210. With the Statistical Kit for Social Science, data is analyzed using statistical techniques (SPSS, version 21).
