Taking the TOEFL and IELTS online courses as examples, this paper chooses the college students as the research subject. By questionnaire survey and statistical factor analysis, four key factors affecting students' choice of off-campus online English learning are found out and defined, which are ‘course demand and quality’, “communication quality”, “teaching support”, “learning cost and time” through.
