Hence, the main objective of this study is main objective of this study is to find how the job seekers search for online employer reviews and the impact of these reviews on employer attractiveness and job pursuit intention. The other objective is to find the most crucial job factors that are given priority by the employee. For this, the study is proposed to be conducted in two stages, first, collecting data from the website Glassdoor, having 600000 companies' reviews.
