摘要

本研究旨在探讨韩国U-City教育的现状,分析U-City人力资源开发(HRD)业务的内容,并提出未来U-City教育的实施方向。本文共分为三个部分;U-City教育在国内机构和教育项目中的现状调查、国土海洋部4家主要U-City人力资源开发企业调查、未来实施U-City教育的政策建议。如果U-City在不同的商圈进行推广,预计将需要大量的人力资源。因此,本研究提出了促进U-City教育计划发展的解决方案和替代方案,并为U-City教育过程的执行提供了帮助。
