Loop performance is analyzed while the sensors are faulty. The objective of the paper is to understand effect of orifice faults like open circuit fault, short circuit fault, and assertive faults on the output of flow process. On analyzing the effect of faults, a fault isolation system is designed which is placed in cascade to the process so as to limit effect of sensor faults on the process. Fault tolerant system is designed using regression analysis like support vector machine. The designed regression/fault tolerant vector is connected in cascade to the controller to produce outputs which is independent of sensor faults. The fault tolerant system is also designed to identify the faults in sensors. 摘要

本文提出了一种流量控制回路故障隔离技术的设计。分析了传感器故障时的回路性能。本文的目的是了解开路故障、短路故障和自信故障等孔口故障对流程输出的影响。在分析故障影响的基础上,设计了一种串级故障隔离系统,以限制传感器故障对过程的影响。采用支持向量机等回归分析方法设计了容错系统。设计的回归/容错向量级联到控制器上,产生与传感器故障无关的输出。此外,还设计了容错系统来识别传感器中的故障。设计的系统的结果表明,所提出的技术是成功的实现。
