The partial contacting wear test of spray coated ceramics was carried out by using pin-on-disk type wear testing machine. The test results of spray coated ceramics with no treatment were compared with that of Ni-P + PTFE plated spray coated ceramics. An observation of wear surface was carried out using together some methods of observation in order to analyze the wear surface in initial break-in condition quantitatively. The main results are in the following: Spray coated ceramics was worn abnormally after partial contacting wear test, but Ni-P + PTFE plated spray coated ceramics was worn normally, protecting from the damage by partial contacting. 摘要

为避免因初始滑动部分接触而造成喷涂陶瓷的分离或异常磨损,有必要改善船用柴油机活塞环与缸线的耐磨喷涂陶瓷的初始表面磨合条件。采用针盘式磨损试验机对喷涂陶瓷进行了局部接触磨损试验。将未处理的喷涂陶瓷的试验结果与Ni-P + PTFE涂层的试验结果进行了比较。为了对初始磨合状态下的磨损面进行定量分析,综合运用多种观测方法对磨损面进行了观测。结果表明:喷涂陶瓷在局部接触磨损试验中出现了异常磨损,而镀Ni-P + PTFE喷涂陶瓷在局部接触磨损试验中出现了正常磨损,避免了局部接触损伤。通过对磨损面轮廓的统计处理,可以定量评价表面磨合现象。
