Designing and Engineering of Automatic Board Cleaner Using CNC Based Mechanism
A report on designing and engineering an automated board cleaner has been published in order to incorporate a new advanced mechanism for erasing the board. In previous projects, the mechanism for erasing the board struggled to realize its full potential in terms of reducing erasing time and, as a result, increasing or maximizing lecture length. The explanation for this was that if the lecturer wrote a small word on the paper, the duster would delete the whole board, not just that part. In addition, the process used was inefficient and out of date. These are the areas where we focused to improved. The present demand of the market & customers is always main priority for developing the demand. So, we developed the product using survey analysis, quality function deployment and TOPSIS. Thus, converting customer demand parameters into engineering specifications. After that, product was designed using solid works software implementing those specifications. Then, the product was made according to the design and it was run by using updated technology of CNC based 3D printing mechanism with the help of GRBL software, a universal G code sender
