This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to build the evaluation index system of the employment quality of college graduates, focusing on the evaluation criteria, evaluation indicators and calculation methods to calculate the index weight. 摘要

为了进一步完善就业与招生计划、人才培养、专业调整的联动机制,本文对《武汉商学院本科毕业生就业质量报告》进行了定量分析和深化。本文运用层次分析法构建了高校毕业生就业质量评价指标体系,重点研究了评价标准、评价指标和指标权重的计算方法。同时,采用BP神经网络方法对模型进行训练,提高了模型的准确性,获得了更加全面、客观、独立、可测量的就业质量监测评价结果。
