The achievement of family food security shows their welfare towards food security at large, at the province and locally. The breadth of food and energy yields. The condition of East Nusa Tenggara Province which is a 3T area is one of the right factors to see food security at the household level. Belu is one of the areas used as research, where Belu Regency is directly adjacent to the State of Timor Leste. From the results of research on marine coastal areas and fishing commodities, it shows that the condition of food security at the household level is fulfilled. In the household itself, it is only necessary to increase insight into human resources to show existing needs. And the aspect of capture fisheries is also one of the supporters of this food security.
