Advogado pela sectionda OAB/ cear。
A CRISE CLIMÁTICA E O CUSTO DO ANTROPOCENO AO MEIO AMBIENTE ECOLÓGICO DIANTE DA PROIBIÇÃO DO RETROCESSO AMBIENTAL NA AMÉRICA LATINA
This study analyzes the principle of prohibiting social retrogression for the promotion of ecological sustainability in Latin America. It permeates the issue of the anthropocene, as a period of human domination over natural resources and the risk of their perishing, on the other hand it highlights the current climate cycle and human intervention, which is why human beings are vulnerable to climatic conditions, leaving them seek a sustainable balance and encourages the discussion of the tragedy of the commons so that an idealized disposition against the environmental setback can be seen. The research approach is free and methodological around the theme, while it is bibliographical. Concluding that it will be necessary, more than a morally reflexive normativity around the sustainable 1 Pós-doutorando, Doutor e Mestre em Direito Constitucional e Teoria Política pela Universidade de Fortaleza (UNIFOR) Fortaleza-CE, Brasil, Chefe da Divisão de Responsabilidade Social e Professor da Universidade de Fortaleza – UNIFOR Fortaleza-CE, Brasil. marcusholanda@unifor.br; marcusholanda73@gmail.com 2 Doutor em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC).
