It is proposed to use a proportional-derivative controller in the internal position loop and an integral controller in the external position loop. Finding transfer functions of closed internal and external position loops allows one to determine the parameters of integral and proportional-derivative controllers to ensure a high response time of the electric servo drive with the asynchronous motor. The authors used the method to form the poles of each of these transfer functions corresponding to zero with some inaccuracy.
