摘要

分布式发电设备接入配电网后,可能会引起系统的重大变化。DG的安装必须满足开关柜的分断能力、降低损耗、提高可靠性和电压质量等网络要求。除此之外,本文还考虑了发电企业效用和发电企业私人所有者利益的目标函数。该算法基于模糊集和遗传算法(GA)。这些目标的选择更适合越南的条件。考虑了太阳能和风能等不可用能源的DG。本文还介绍了可能涉及多种类型DG的一般情况。
