The composite services are selected based on service selection model. At present studies on the selection model of composite services only consider the quality of service, but ignore the user's selection intention. So how to select a composite service to better satisfy the user's need has become a new challenge. A new composite service selection model is proposed in this paper, based on two-dimensional variable weight method. This model considers not only the quality of service features, but also service execution information and user's intention.
