When building a foreign language innovation and entrepreneurship information platform, the big data technology can be used to mine innovation and entrepreneurship information or news through the data mining function, and then use parallel computing to test the performance of the platform. In this regard, this article adopts the Spring MVC framework development platform foreign language innovation and entrepreneurship information platform architecture, and designs multiple functional modules. Since logging in to this platform requires a unique login account and password, each user can only use his own registered account and password to log in. This paper verifies that the foreign language innovation and entrepreneurship information platform designed in this paper has good performance and meets the operating requirements by testing the platform memory, CPU and service responsiveness.
