Distributed control system is designed to administer laser beam direction for stable bilateral optical transmission system. Strategic process is proposed to keep optical line connected, as well as the initial adjustment procedure of the laser beam. Analytic and statistic estimation methods of the laser beam alignment are investigated based on the Gaussian beam optics.
