Thus, positioning the pointer line and the center of the instrument; Finally, the identification of the instrument is completed by combining the identified digital and pointer angles. Experimental results show that compared with the unimproved EAST algorithm, the number of parameters of the proposed TINY-EAST algorithm is greatly reduced, and the average recognition accuracy is higher than 98.5%. 摘要

为了解决变电站指针式电表识别算法识别精度低、占用内存大的问题,本文提出了一种基于EAST算法的指针式电表自动识别改进算法Tiny EAST。首先,该算法采用轻量级神经网络MOGA代替East算法的骨干网络,从而减少了算法占用的内存;然后,在骨干网中加入特征金字塔,加强特征提取;此外,我们使用NMS本地感知算法对读数框进行筛选,得到仪器的刻度号和位置。从而定位指针线与仪器的中心;最后,结合识别出的数字角度和指针角度完成仪器的识别。实验结果表明,与未改进的EAST算法相比,提出的TINY-EAST算法的参数数量大大减少,平均识别准确率高于98.5%。此外,本文提出的TINY-EAST算法在指针仪表的复杂背景下具有良好的精度和稳定性,能够满足实际变电站的应用要求。
